Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies exclusively to education advisory services provided by Halyard Education Limited. We do not offer physical goods or tangible products. This document outlines the terms for service cancellations and refund requests, in compliance with UK consumer laws and Stripe regulatory requirements. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1 Cooling-Off Period & Cancellations
- A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of payment for all service purchases.
- Cancellation requests submitted within the cooling-off period will be reviewed if no substantial services have been delivered.
- If advisory services have commenced, we will deduct the reasonable cost of completed work from any applicable refund.
2 Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be considered for official visa refusations supported by official documentation (administrative costs may be deducted).
- Cancellations initiated by Halyard Education Limited prior to the start of services.
- Refunds for accidental duplicate payments or technical payment processing errors.
- Other requests reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.
3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Administrative and application fees as outlined in service agreements.
- Services that have been fully completed or substantially delivered.
- Cancellation requests submitted after the 14-day cooling-off period.
- Service failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
- Third-party fees paid directly to regulatory bodies or educational institutions.
4 Cancellation & Refund Process
- Submit a written cancellation or refund request via email with relevant supporting documents.
- Include your full name, payment reference number, and details of your request.
- All requests are reviewed within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14–28 business days.
5 General Terms
- Refunds are issued in GBP; currency conversion fluctuations are not covered.
- Transaction or bank processing fees may be deducted from refund amounts.
- Incomplete or invalid requests may not be processed.
- This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
