This Refund Policy applies to all payments made for education advisory services provided by Halyard Education Limited. It sets out the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued, in compliance with UK consumer regulations and our service Terms of Service. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1 Cooling-Off Period
- You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date of payment.
- Full refund is available if requested within 14 days and no substantial services have been delivered.
- If services have already commenced, we will deduct the proportional cost of work completed.
2 Eligibility for Refunds
- Visa refusal with official documentation (minus administrative fees).
- Service cancellation initiated by us before delivery begins.
- Duplicate payments or technical payment errors.
- Other cases assessed at our reasonable discretion.
3 Non-Refundable Items
- Non-refundable administrative and application fees.
- Services already fully delivered or substantially completed.
- Cancellations due to change of mind after the cooling-off period.
- Failure caused by false information or incomplete documents provided by you.
- Third-party fees paid directly to institutions or authorities.
4 Refund Process
- Submit a written refund request via email with supporting documents.
- Include your full name, payment reference, and reason for refund.
- We review requests within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14–28 days.
5 General Terms
- Refunds are issued in GBP; exchange rate losses are not covered.
- Bank or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
- We reserve the right to reject incomplete or invalid refund requests.
- This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
